ABOUT US

Plastigraf Trevigiana has been dealing since 1980 with lamination of paper (sheets or bopps) and cardboard with plastic and bioplastic films.

In 2018 we obtained the BRCGS Packaging Materials Certification to allow us to produce a fully certified multilayer that can satisfy the needs of food packaging customers.

We are proud to be the first company in the lamination sector for believing that this “know-how” is fundamental to ensure entirely law approved as well as technological suitable food packaging.

Our processing is also essential for banners, catalogues, brochures and shopping bags production.

STORY

1980

Company foundation year. The first fully manual coupling machine is installed in the small 70 m² basement.

1988

The company moves to a 1000 square meter plant and buys many manual coating machines; the reference market becomes publishing and shopping bags; sectors in strong growth born and developed in the Treviso area.

1993

The first automatic sheet-fed machine is installed and the reference sectors are expanded with box factories, luxury products and high-end stationery.

1999

Plastigraf Trevigiana buys a new warehouse to support the main plant for the installation of finishing machines.

2005

The company has 5 automatic sheet machines and becomes an important point of reference for many Italian paper converting companies.

2009

The first bopp machine is introduced for laminating cosmetic and technical products.

2010

The activity of Plastigraf Trevigiana moves to a new plant of 5000 square meters, with modern air conditioning systems, humidity control and energy recovery.

The new plant supports the second company in the family, a serigraphy active since 1963.

2012

The company faces the food packaging market, dedicating the technical department to the creation of a multi-material product suitable for contact with food.

2016

The second bopp machine is introduced, with a new coupling technology that does not require heat.

2017

With the acquisition of the eighth sheet machine, completely innovative for his new drying plant, the company coupled 34 million mq of plastic or bioplastic and paper or cardboard.

2018

The company is the first laminator in Europe to obtain the BRCGS Packaging Materials certification.

2019

The company renovates the BRCGS Packaging Materials certification with the highest score, obtains FSC® certification and buys the ninth sheet machine, confirming itself as one of the largest european laminators.

2020

The company renovates the BRCGS Packaging Materials certification with the highest score and obtains PEFC certification and IFS Pac Secure certification.

2021

The company aquire two sheet machines with double laser cutting for the lamination of special films and a new bopp machine for coating. The company introduce his new products catalogue and its new mission MIND THE SURFACE.

2022

The company renovates the BRCGS Packaging Materials certification with AA+ score and structure itself with 4.0 Industry system.
